About ASMR And How It Helps!

Not so recent I've been truly sucked in by ASMR. It has gotten to the point I have a private playlist on my YouTube account that I play at least 1 hour before I plan on going to bed. There are plenty of blogs and even Wiki's on what "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response" is in detail. But rarely do I see on how it can be healthy? I'm assuming it's based on it's such a resent fad/concept. "Hear" are some tips on how to find yours and how it could help. For me I have learned slime sounds and other sounds like it are a little cringe for me and I'm just not a huge fan. Anything with wood carving or glass tapping on the other hand my tingles can never get enough of. It has become like a healthy drug. Listen to a huge variety! From slime, glass, to even rain and cooking. Thing is ASMR has pretty much always been around. The music that you hear every day to a song you have on repeat for 30x. It's just a different option to stimulate or calm your mind. I may have also gotten a few friends into ASMR as well because we share a common problem. Insomnia or for others like myself is we are natural night-owls. The common myth is that you can fix yourself into any sleep pattern. In some self studies that people have done out of shier curiosity has proven not to be the case. You have an inner clock that says "Time to yawn and be in bed" to "Time to stay awake! Be creative/Get work done!" If your like most people that don't like the thought on taking sleeping drugs to help you pass out or need to feel more at ease before a big meeting but don't have a lot of time, ASMR is a quick & healthy way to do it! All you need is a cellphone and pair of headphones.
As odd as it may sound there are also story tellers who read blogs, stories written by others or even confident boosters! Another I like if I am trying to get work done around the house or on my PC is I will play CreepyPasta's in the background. That will be a different subject all on it's own! Over all I would love to know what ASMR do you like? Is it the crafting of wood and nails, or is it the warming sounds of beans being grounded up into a splendid cup of coffee? Thoughts on being by a rustling fire place with wood crackling and a cold winter breeze? If you find or have some favorite YouTuber's let me know! I "wewd" love to check them out!
